When we started the wedding planning process, my husband and I were both steadfast on finding a photographer who not only matched our vision, but also someone who we could truly collaborate with creatively.
Someone who understood that it’s not just about capturing wedding photos, it’s about storytelling through the in-between moments.
From our very first call, we knew right away that Nicole was that person.
She asked all of the right questions, really took the time to understand our vision and to find the best way to document the weekend through a series of beautifully raw and emotive photographs which we will cherish forever.
Beyond her obvious talent, Nicole’s warmth and easy demeanor was a joy to be around especially during such a special time in our lives. Our dear friend and wedding officiant wrote a piece about our wedding for Vogue.com—both him and his editor were so blown away by the images that it was hard for them to choose which ones to run.

We wanted to be sure our wedding photographs would reflect the feelings we were after for the day, and Nicole exceeded every expectation.
From the first call we had, we felt very safe in her hands.
We fully trusted her vision and ideas, and she’s also just a wonderful person. The aesthetic of her work matches her presence—she exudes warmth and joy, and it felt like she actually wanted to know us and not just take our photos.
My husband was the first to meet Nicole in person before our wedding—he said that when he saw her before the event it was like running into an old friend. We immediately felt comfortable with her behind the camera, even though we’re both a little camera-shy. It was clear she truly cared about every image, and was so genuinely excited after a good shot that her joy was infectious.
Our guests loved her as well, commenting on how she was “everywhere.” She moved around the event so naturally and effortlessly, and her photos really captured the feelings and energy of the day.
She has such an eye for special moments. Our entire gallery was incredible. We will treasure these photos forever.
